Registration alone establishes very little. What reviewers examine is whether decisions are genuinely taken where the company says they are, and whether the record supports that.
In practice this means current statutory registers, minutes that show real deliberation rather than boilerplate, bank arrangements consistent with the stated management, and administration performed locally.
The failure mode is drift: records are correct at incorporation, then fall behind through changes in directorship, shareholding or banking that were executed commercially but never documented.
Substance requirements and their interpretation evolve. Treat this article as an orientation and confirm current requirements for your structure before relying on them.
